and Appointments
Welcome first years! Following the Winter 2025 semester Presidential elections, the Winter 2025 Coordinator elections are now happening! We hope you are as excited as we are to be part of a new chapter in the student union's leadership.

Starting on Sunday, March 23rd, first-year students will be able to apply to the position of Vice President of Finance, Coordinator of Communications, Coordinator of Student Advocacy, Coordinator of Social Justice, and Coordinator of Social Activities of the 2025-2026 MSU through this page, with their CV, a letter of intent, and a nomination form for elected positions. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM. After this date, candidates will be contacted and given more information about the next steps.​

Elected position Candidates will need to submit a Nomination Form at the time of their application. The signatures can be collected in person or online as long as they reach the minimum number of 30 (more info in Handbook).
​
Coordinators Elections Period will take place from April 7th to April 17th, 2025. Campaign Period will take place from April 7th to April 14th.

Before applying, it is strongly recommended to read the MSU Constitution as well as the Elections Handbook.

Coordinators elections candidates commit to running a campaign from April 7th to April 14th, 2025, after submitting their application.
